the eds building rating calculator is an online system or portal for indian rating system i.e. both leed and griha. it has an online version of checklist for leed and teri-griha where in a user can do a quick feasibility study for their project and generate a feasibility study report. the whole system has been designed to incorporate different version of rating systems.
the project was developed for actis. siminvest is windows based software tool which help the user in evaluating and setting the parameters for different building projects consistently using one system.
the project was developed for adroitec information systems. the plug-in helped the user in creating/generating a 4d (time factor) simulation model from a 2d/3d architectural drawing in architectural desktop format and automatically slicing the 3d model at different stages/time of construction.
the project was developed for aisglassolutions and it was designed assist the sales staff in evaluating glass performance with respect to wind load (is: 875 & astm e1300), acoustics (stl or rw), thermal breakage and energy use. the challenge was to develop the regression curves based on various cities, window area, glass type, orientation, building use etc for energy module in order to evaluate/compare glass performance for annual electricity use for cooling and heating.
the project was developed for brainsoft technologies. it involves developing an add-on/plugin to autocad for a modular furniture industry. the software enabled the user to quickly place different predefined 3d objects like work surfaces, partitions, keyboard trays etc over the 2d plan of interior layout provided by the architect and thereafter generating the bill of materials. the software can be used for. 1. designing layouts with a standard 3d library of office furniture (and provision of adding more to the library) 2. generating bom for the finalized layout 3. generating of bom without layout 4. updating the price list in excel & transferring it back to the system
this is an online green products database or directory of the vendors and products. the user can search the product directory to conveniently locate suppliers of green building products within the country or world. listed products must meet criteria for energy efficiency, resource conservation, water conservation, or indoor environmental quality consistent with measures referenced in various greenpoint rated programs.
